Jesse Conde is a Mexican voice actor born on October 10, 1952, in Tabasco, Mexico. He began his career in voice dubbing in 1979 after receiving acting training at the Instituto Andrés Soler of the Asociación Nacional de Actores. He also studied law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Throughout his career, he has balanced voice work with roles in theater, radio, television, and commercial voice-overs, and has also taught dubbing.

In the realm of anime, Conde is best known for providing the voice of Professor Kōzō Fuyutsuki in the Latin American Spanish dub for various iterations of the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. This includes the original television series, the film The End of Evangelion, and the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. Beyond Evangelion, his extensive anime filmography showcases his range and longevity in the industry. He has voiced Grumman in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Wald in Attack on Titan, Gorm in Vinland Saga, and Aldo in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
