Noe Velasquez, also known as Noé Velázquez or Noé Velázquez Pedroza, is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director born on July 17, 1976, originally from Coacalco, State of Mexico. He has over fifteen years of experience in the voice dubbing specialty and has worked extensively on Latin American Spanish dubs for anime series. His education includes acting studies at the Carlos Ancira Center for Artistic Studies and at the Natural and Artistic Scenic Talent academy, as well as training in improvisation, method acting, voice and diction, writing, and corporal expression. He also holds a technical career in communications with a focus on production and scriptwriting. In addition to dubbing, he works in theater and commercial voice over, and has served as the Northern Hemisphere announcer for the Disney Channel from 2000 to 2007 and again from 2014 to 2020, as well as for Comedy Central since 2017.

Within the anime genre, Velasquez has voiced numerous characters. He provided the voice for Takehisa Hinawa in the Latin American Spanish dub of Fire Force, a role he held for the first two seasons released on Funimation in July 2021 and later reprised for the third and final season, which premiered on Crunchyroll in April 2025. He also voiced Sola Athin in Back Arrow, with both Fire Force and Back Arrow being dubbed at VSI Mexico City under the direction of Georgina Sánchez. Other notable anime roles include Sanji in One Piece, Nyanta in Log Horizon, Adamas in Record of Ragnarok, Yainage in Shaman King, Maki Ichinose in Bleach, Rista in Combatants Will Be Dispatched, Paul Jones in Black Butler, You Hattori in Stand My Heroes: Piece of Truth, Daniel in Japan Sinks: 2020, and Rei Shimizu in Wizard Barristers. He also contributed additional voices and supporting roles in series such as Pokémon, Pretty Cure, Plunderer, and Cowboy Bebop through its redub.

Beyond anime, his voice acting career includes a wide range of animated series. He is known for voicing Bloo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Ulrich Stern in Code Lyoko, Tony Stark and Iron Man in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and other Marvel projects, David Kawena in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, Fred in Big Hero 6 and Big Hero 6: The Series, and Calcifer in Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle. His additional animation roles include characters in Blue Eye Samurai, The Lion Guard, The Proud Family, Kick Buttowski, Kim Possible, Ben 10: Omniverse, F is for Family, Danger Mouse, and DC Super Hero Girls among many others. Velasquez is also recognized for voicing Eddie Brock and Venom in Sony's Spider-Man Universe projects.
