Eiichirō Tokumoto is a Japanese voice actor born on October 1, 1981, in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency NEVERLAND ARTS. Tokumoto began his voice acting career in 2009 and has since built a substantial body of work, primarily providing voices for a wide range of supporting and guest characters in anime television series, films, and video games.

Tokumoto is perhaps best known for his role as Matsushita, also known as松下五段, in the 2010 anime series Angel Beats!. He reprised this role in the 2015 Angel Beats! -1st beat- video game and the Angel Beats! SPECIAL EPISODE 2 Hell's Kitchen OVA. Other notable recurring roles include宋然 in The Asterisk War 2nd season, James L in the first season of Bungo Stray Dogs, and a young version of the character Rokutenba in the extended run of Gin Tama. He also voiced Marce, a priest, in the comedy series Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious. Throughout the 2010s and into the 2020s, Tokumoto has appeared in a vast number of popular series, demonstrating his versatility as a character actor.

His extensive list of anime credits includes roles in major franchises and acclaimed series. He had parts in long-running hits like Gin Tama, where he played various minor characters including a ninja and a yakuza, and more recent series such as The iDOLM@STER SideM as a reporter, and the 2019 remake of Fruits Basket as a school principal.
