Victoire Theismann is a Belgian voice actor known for her work in French-language dubs of anime series during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Before her career in voice acting, she worked as a stage actress for two decades. She later returned to academic studies in 1996 to retrain as a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist, a field she ultimately transitioned into following her acting career.

Theismann provided voices for several prominent anime titles dubbed into French between 1996 and 2004. In the science fiction series Vandread and its sequel Vandread: The Second Stage, she performed the roles of three distinct characters: the pilot Meia Gisborn, the elderly leader Magno Vivian, and the engineer Barnette Orangelo. In the supernatural series Witch Hunter Robin, she voiced Yurika Dôjima. One of her most recognizable roles is providing the voice of Calumon, the small, cheerful creature who embodies the process of Digivolution, in the French dub of Digimon Tamers. She also voiced additional characters in the same series, including Seiko Hata, Tally Onodera, Nami Asaji, and Ai.

Beyond anime, Theismann's dubbing work extended to live-action television series. Her live-action credits include roles such as Captain Judith Siper in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Clotho in Xena: Warrior Princess, and Gaby in Sunset Beach. She also contributed to the French dubs of the Power Rangers franchise, voicing the characters Astronema and Karone in Power Rangers in Space and Power Rangers Lost Galaxy. Her other anime voice credits include Alexis in Transformers: Energon, Emilia in Tokyo Underground, Rosa and Flora Rayman in Master Keaton, and a role in Les Plus Beaux Contes d'Andersen.
