Felipe Mônaco is a Brazilian actor and voice actor known for his work in animation, television series, and films. In the world of anime, he is best recognized for his role as Dégel de Aquário in the series Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas.

Mônaco began his career as a performer in 1999, working extensively in theater, cinema, and television across the Brazilian market. He has participated in novelas and series for major networks including Rede Globo, HBO, Record, SBT, Bandeirantes, and RBS TV. He also worked as an announcer for the channel FOX Life until 2013. He holds a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from PUC-RS and began his dubbing career in 2012.
