Tomomi Seo is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on November 21, 1969, in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the theatre company Super Eccentric Theater (SET). Her height is recorded as 160 cm, and her blood type is A. She is a graduate of Toyama Prefectural Toyama Minami High School. Her known hobbies include taking walks and practicing classical ballet.
Seo is recognized for her work in anime, with one of her most prominent voice roles being Masami Ooshige in the 2002 series Looking for the Full Moon (also known as Full Moon o Sagashite). In this series, she portrays the manager of the main character, Mitsuki, a role in which she acts as a supportive and protective guardian figure.
