Charo Santiago is a Mexican voice actress and announcer known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing. Her career includes voice roles in anime, animated series, live-action television shows, and films.

In anime, Santiago is recognized for the role of Miyako Sakashima in the Latin American Spanish dub of the series Aishiteruze Baby, which is known in Spanish as Bebé, mi amor. Her other anime credits include providing the voice of Eri in Ririsa, una chica en 2.5D, as well as additional voices in productions such as The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World, Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, and Perdóname, que he pecado.
