Jillian Bowen is an American actress known for her work in English-language dubbing of animated films, most notably for Studio Ghibli productions. She was born on April 18, 1984, in Columbus, Ohio.

Bowen's most recognized anime voice role is Kiyo in the 1994 Studio Ghibli film Pom Poko. This film, directed by Isao Takahata, tells the story of raccoon dogs, known as tanuki, who use their ancient transformation abilities to fight against urban development encroaching on their forest home. In the English dub produced for Walt Disney Home Entertainment, Bowen provided the voice for Kiyo, a young female tanuki.

Her additional anime voice credits include a role in another Studio Ghibli feature. In the 1995 film Whisper of the Heart, directed by Yoshifumi Kondo, she voiced a High School Student in the English dub. She also contributed as Additional Voices for the 2007 animated film Surf's Up, a Sony Pictures Animation production about surfing penguins.

Beyond voice acting, Bowen has appeared in several live-action television series. Her credits include guest roles on shows such as Private Practice, The Mentalist, King of the Hill, and Law & Order.
