Joseph Machado is a Venezuelan voice actor currently residing in Chile. He is best known for his role as Jun Ushiro in the anime series Bokurano.

Before pursuing voice acting, Machado studied pure chemistry at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. He also sings and plays the guitar. In 2011, he retired from dubbing to focus on becoming a full-time teacher, a career he continues to pursue. He has lived in Santiago, Chile since 2018.

In addition to his lead role as Jun Ushiro in Bokurano, his anime voice credits include work on Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the Animax version. In that series, he provided the second voice for the Scar Brother (specifically in episode 39) and voiced a Villager 3 from Lior (episode 5), as well as additional voices.
