Ben Münchow, also known as Benjamin Münchow, is a German actor and voice actor born on October 20, 1990 in Dachau, Germany. He is the son of poet and actress Sylvia Krupicka and actor Torsten Münchow, and his sister Antonia Münchow is also an actress. Münchow made his stage debut in 2000 and has since built a career that spans live-action film and television, voice acting for animation and video games, and music as a singer in the Hamburg-based band Kollektiv22.

Within the field of anime voice acting, Münchow is recognized for several key roles in German-language dubs. He is known for providing the voice of Naota Nandaba, the young protagonist of the surreal coming-of-age series FLCL. His other notable anime roles include Yashamaru in the ninja series Basilisk: The Chronicles of Kouga Ninja, a motorcyclist named Rafe in Hellsing, a young Rowdy in Slayers Great, the younger brother of Doris in Vampire Hunter D, and a pilot or cadet in Candidate for Goddess.

Beyond anime, one of Münchow's most significant and recurring voice roles is providing the German voice for the character Tina Belcher in the long-running animated comedy series Bob's Burgers, as well as in The Simpsons episode where the character appeared. He has also voiced characters in other animated productions such as Dreamkix.

In his live-action acting career, Münchow has appeared in numerous German television series and films. He had a role in the first season of the series Das Boot and appeared in episodes of Tatort, Polizeiruf 110, and Morden im Norden. For his performance as a rockabilly singer in the youth film Rockabilly Requiem, he won the Max Ophüls Award for Best Young Actor in 2016. He began studying acting at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin in 2018 and completed his studies in 2021.
