Paolo De Santis is an Italian voice actor born in Milan on January 17, 1979. He began his career after studying diction, acting, and dubbing at the Centro Teatro Attivo (CTA) in Milan. He works primarily between Milan and Rome. One of his early anime roles was Taishi Kuhonbutsu in the series Comic Party.

De Santis has an extensive career voicing characters in Italian dubs of foreign productions, particularly anime. Among his most recognized anime roles are Korosensei in Assassination Classroom, Shinji Matou in the Fate/stay night series, Kiba Inuzuka in Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden, Yusei Fudo in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Professor Kukui in Pokémon Sun & Moon, and the title character in Stitch!. He has also voiced numerous characters in long-running series such as One Piece, where he has portrayed Gol D. Roger and Crocodile among others, and has taken on multiple roles in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise including Yusei Fudo in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Valon in the original series. His other anime roles span a wide range of titles including Atsumu Yukiatsu Matsuyuki in Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Ryuga in Beyblade Metal Fusion, Hades in Saint Seiya, and Apollo in Aquarion.

In animated films, De Santis is best known as the official Italian voice of Kristoff from the Disney Frozen franchise. He has also voiced Saga in Saint Seiya: Legend of the Sanctuary. Beyond animation, he has an extensive career dubbing live-action films and television series; he is the Italian voice of actor Oscar Isaac in several films and has voiced characters in series such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. In the realm of video games, he is known for providing the Italian voice of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad in the original Assassin's Creed, Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, Alex Mason in Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Jhin in League of Legends, among many others. Additionally, he has been the official promotional announcer for the Italian television channel Comedy Central since 2007. He is married to fellow voice actress Gea Riva.
