Jörg Stuttmann, also known as Jörg Reitbacher-Stuttmann, is a German actor, voice actor, and artist born on March 22, 1959 in Augsburg, Germany. He completed his acting education at the Neue Münchner Schauspielschule in 1979 and initially worked as a rod puppet performer before moving into screen and voice acting. Stuttmann began his career as a voice actor in 1991, with one of his first significant roles being the character Trini DeSoto in the German dub of the television series Miami Vice.

Within the field of anime and Japanese animation dubbing, Stuttmann is recognized for several key performances. He is the German voice of Enrico Maxwell in the Hellsing original video animation series, a role that stands as a notable example of his work in the genre. His other substantial anime roles include Jingoro in Basilisk, Dean and Yamagi Kushida in Candidate for Goddess, Jean-Jacques Le Grand and Mr. Hammond in Noir, and minor roles in series such as Record of Lodoss War and Rune Soldier.

Beyond anime, Stuttmann is widely known as the German voice of Eric Cartman in the animated series South Park, a role he has performed consistently for over twenty-five years, as well as the character Doc Croc in the children's series SimsalaGrimm. His extensive filmography also includes voice parts in major productions such as Finding Nemo, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
