Kokoro Shindō

Kokoro Shindō is a Japanese voice actress born on August 19 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. Shindō is known for her work in anime television series during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

One of her significant early roles was Hisae Aoki in the 1997 television series Vampire Princess Miyu, a horror anime about a vampire tasked with hunting rogue spirits. The following year, she voiced Mao Daidouji in the 1998 sports drama Princess Nine, a series focused on an all-girls high school baseball team. Her character, Mao, is a judo team member scouted for her pitching-catching abilities.

Additional anime roles include Yukino Fuyuta in the 2003 series Kasumin 3rd Series. She also performed in minor roles across several other productions. In 1998, she voiced Girl A in an episode of Trigun. The following year, she played a child character in Master Keaton and provided the voice for a kid in the video game Street Fighter Zero. In 2004, she voiced Mary Drower in the anime adaptation Agatha Christie's Great Detectives Poirot and Marple. Within Vampire Princess Miyu, she also voiced a child character in its twenty-second episode.
