Jerry Gelb is an American actor and voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime series. He moved to Los Angeles in late 1979 after graduating from the Florida State University School of Theatre in 1976. His career has encompassed improvisational comedy, stage performances, television, film, and voice work. He is the owner and director of Ear Whacks!, a voice services and automated dialogue replacement company, where he has voice cast approximately forty feature films and provided voice work for over sixty films.

In the field of anime, Gelb is recognized for several prominent roles. He voiced Eagle Vision in the series Magic Knight Rayearth, specifically in its second season. His other major anime roles include Master Yuji Kobari in Witch Hunter Robin, Katsuyuki in.hack//Legend of the Twilight, and Toucanmon in Digimon Frontier. He also provided voices for the series Gestalt as Soushi, Vampire Princess Miyu as Bird and an unnamed shinma, and The Wanderers as a guest voice. He performed the role of Junk in Fist of the North Star and Masado in Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, with both credits using the pseudonym Donovan Ross. Gelb also contributed various voices to Bit the Cupid.

Beyond his voice acting, Gelb has worked on other aspects of film production. He served as an ADR voice casting professional for projects including The Muppets Wizard of Oz, Lost in Space, and Dark City.
