Rebeca Rambal is a Mexican voice, stage, and television actress born on May 8, 1961, in Mexico City. She is the daughter of actor Enrique Rambal and actress Lucy Gallardo. Rambal has been active in the entertainment industry since 1967 and has worked extensively in voice dubbing for films and animated series in Los Angeles. She currently resides in Washington and continues to work in dubbing remotely as a translator and adapter for Los Angeles dubbing studios.

In the field of anime voice acting, Rambal is known for her role as Luz, also known as Nova, in the series Magic Knight Rayearth 2. Her other notable anime credits include voicing Sirena Tethis in Los Caballeros del Zodiaco (Saint Seiya), as well as providing the voice for Shaina de Ofiuco in some episodes of the same series. She also performed the role of Baikou in Saber Marionette.

Beyond anime, Rambal has voiced several iconic characters in Spanish dubbing. She provided the voice for Jessica Rabbit in Who Framed Roger Rabbit and for Esmeralda in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Her live-action dubbing work includes Sarah Harding in The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Claire Phillips in Scrooged, and Marnie Mason in Twins. Professionally, she is a member of SAG-AFTRA and offers services including script writing and translation, specializing in various Spanish accents as well as general North American English. Rambal has also taken on significant adaptation and directing work, having been in charge of adapting, directing, and casting the Spanish dubbing for three seasons of the series Ugly Betty, as well as translating and adapting the Netflix series Hemlock Grove. Her career includes over twenty years of work in the United States, during which she has translated, dubbed, and directed numerous films, television series, and documentaries for major studios in Los Angeles.
