Delphis Fonseca is a Brazilian voice actor known for his work in Portuguese-language dubbing of anime and other media. He is recognized for providing the Brazilian Portuguese voice for Riku Dold III, the former king of Dressrosa, in the long-running anime series One Piece.

Born in the Ipiranga neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil, Fonseca began his career in radio broadcasting. He worked at several major stations, including Antena 1, Transamérica, Jovem Pan, Rádio Cidade, and Band, before transitioning to television and dubbing. His background includes creating humorous parodies and radio soap operas. In television, he worked as a presenter and developed a journalism course for SENAC. His voice work extends to commercial narration, for which he won an APCA award for a commercial he created and performed entirely through voice acting. He also performs as a singer and in musical numbers. Apart from his role in One Piece, no other major anime voice roles have been documented.
