Jim Conrad is a Canadian voice actor known for his narration work in several animated series, particularly within the anime and action-adventure genres. He was born in Canada and based his career in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he also worked as a radio disc jockey, a career he began in 1972.

Conrad is most widely recognized as the narrator for the English language version of the original Dragon Ball anime series. This work was part of the BLT Productions dub, also known as the Ocean dub, produced in Vancouver. His narration can be heard throughout the early Dragon Ball episodes and in the first Dragon Ball film, Curse of the Blood Rubies.

Beyond Dragon Ball, Conrad provided the voice for the First Spinjitzu Master in the animated series Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu across several seasons. He also voiced the character of God in the religious animated series Superbook. His other voice work includes serving as the Narrator for the English versions of Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon. He also performed voice roles in projects such as Go-Bots, the video game Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, and voiced the character Cytro in multiple Max Steel films.

Over the course of his career in animation, Conrad collaborated with a number of fellow Vancouver based voice actors. On the Dragon Ball BLT dub, his work appeared alongside actors such as Ted Cole, Don Brown, Ian James Corlett, Michael Donovan, and Saffron Henderson. His work on Ninjago saw him in the same cast as actors like Brian Drummond, Michael Adamthwaite, and Kelly Sheridan.
