Kris Simms is an English-language voice actor known for work on several anime series dubbed in Canada, particularly those produced by the Blue Water Studios. The actor is also credited professionally under the name Chris Simms.

Simms is most widely recognized for providing the voice of Puar, the shapeshifting feline companion to the desert bandit Yamcha, in the Blue Water English dub of the classic series Dragon Ball. This dub was produced in Calgary, Alberta, and aired in Canada and the United Kingdom in the early 2000s.

Beyond the role of Puar, Simms has a selection of other voice credits from the same era. Under the name Chris Simms, the actor voiced the character Angel, who also transforms into Devil Dog, in the English dub of the surreal horror series Gregory Horror Show. Additional anime roles performed as Chris Simms include Dejiko in Di Gi Charat Nyo, Mog in Fancy Lala, and Marie Louise in Mobile Fighter G Gundam.
