Kyosuke Mano is a Japanese voice actor born on August 9 in Saitama Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency BLACK SHIP, having moved to this agency on April 1, 2023. Prior to this, he was a member of the agencies Leopard Steel and Amuleto. Standing 180cm tall, his blood type is A.
Mano began his voice acting career with smaller roles in various anime series. In 2020, he voiced a gangster in the web anime Holy Knight Light. His early television anime work includes playing soldier roles in the 2022 series RPG Real Estate. In 2023, he voiced a staff member in a single episode of the long-running series Detective Conan, and in 2024, he appeared as a mob male character in Vampire Dormitory.
He has gained significant recognition for his role as Gyou'un in the historical anime series Kingdom. Gyou'un is a formidable general from the state of Zhao, formerly a close aide to the legendary Rin Shou Jo, and is known as the "sword" of that general's army. Mano was announced as the voice for this character for the show's sixth season, which premiered in October 2025.
