Nonoka Obuchi is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and singer from Saitama Prefecture, born on March 13. She began her artistic training at a young age, starting piano lessons at four years old. At ten, she joined a child talent agency, which led to appearances in television dramas and variety shows throughout her elementary and high school years. During this period, she also gained experience in singing competitions. While attending university, she performed in stage plays and served as a student caster for ABEMA and BS Asahi, demonstrating her range as a performer. However, she remained committed to her childhood aspiration of becoming a voice actor and enrolled in a voice actor training school in 2021.

Her professional breakthrough occurred in 2022 when she won a special award in the voice actor, singer, and singer-songwriter category at the InuCon audition, which was organized by the record label Flying Dog. This achievement launched her dual career as a voice actress and singer. She made her anime theme song debut in April 2024, performing the ending theme "Akaku Somete Shinzou" for the television anime Mysterious Disappearances, where she also voiced the character Yuri Takanashi.

Koinu, the broadcasting club president in Too Many Losing Heroines, and the female voice and true Azul in Nina the Starry Bride. In video games, she has provided voices for Hanasaki Kaoru in Project COLD, the domestic rabbit in Kemono Friends 3, and逢野由依奈 in Ergosum.

Her career is also marked by notable musical achievements. Her debut single charted at number 51 on the Oricon charts, and her second single achieved a position of number 34. The second single serves as the opening theme for Beheneko: The Elf-Girl's Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster. She is affiliated with the agency e-stone music and has a business partnership with Voice Kit, while her music is released under the Flying Dog label. Beyond voice acting and singing, she has also performed in stage adaptations of popular works such as Lycoris Recoil and Bungo Stray Dogs.
