Description
Miyuu Ogura is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and performer from Ebetsu City in Hokkaido, born on December 20. She is affiliated with the talent agency Remax and has blood type O. Her professional journey began after she graduated from the Voice Actor Department at Senmongakkō Tōkyō Announce Gakuin in 2016, a specialized school under the Tōhō Gakuen education group. Following this, she completed her training at the Production Ace Engi Kenkyūjo and subsequently joined the agency Production Ace. She remained with Production Ace until March 31, 2022. After a brief period as a freelance artist, she joined her current agency, Remax, on August 1, 2022.
Ogura launched her career in the entertainment industry in 2017 as a member of the multi-talented project Ani☆Yume. That same year, she became a member of the J-pop group pua:re, alongside other voice actors. With pua:re, she performed the ending theme song Koi no Himitsu for the anime series My Girlfriend is Shobitch, which also marked her debut CD release. Her voice acting work includes a variety of roles across television anime, video games, and stage productions. She has appeared in supporting and guest roles in several popular anime series. These include playing a young Yamada Asaemon Toma in Hell's Paradise, a minor role as an ordinary person in Jujutsu Kaisen, and a Senior Deer A in My Deer Friend Nokotan. In video games, she has contributed her voice to titles such as The Alchemist Code and Fantasy Life i.
Beyond voice work for animation and games, Ogura has also pursued a career in stage acting. In 2019, she performed in a stage adaptation titled A Winters Dream for Actresses, where she played the role of Snout. She has also been active in radio, serving as an assistant and a corner personality for a show on the radio station Super A&G+. During her time on another radio program, she was part of a unit known as nijiiro Kabutomushi. She is noted to have special skills in Shorinji Kempo and drum playing, with interests that include enjoying musical scores, reading, and taking walks.
A notable role in her career is voicing the character Helen Shard in the television anime series The Beginning After The End, which began airing in April 2025.
