Eduardo De Los Reyes is a bilingual Hispanic actor and voice artist based in Los Angeles, California, where he was born and raised. He began his career in voice-over through live-action dubbing before expanding into animation and video games. He has been working as a professional actor for over five years on both stage and screen.

One of his prominent anime roles is Carlo Maruko in the series Beyblade X. He also voices the character Masato Kamiya, a freelance journalist and jewel thief known as The Mouse, in the 2025 anime adaptation of the classic series Cat's Eye. Beyond these roles, he provided the lead voice for NanHe the Clown in the animated feature film Deep Sea, a performance that earned him a SOVAS Award in 2024 for Outstanding International Dubbing Performance.
