Hiyori Miyazaki is a Japanese voice actress from Chiba Prefecture born on October 8, 2001. She is affiliated with the talent agency VIMS and is a graduate of the Nippon Narration Acting Institute, a well-known training school for voice actors. Her hobbies include drawing and music, with special skills in playing the drums and illustration. She began her career taking on supporting roles in anime and video games.

One of her early voice roles was providing the voice of a female student in the anime Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez. She also voiced a student in the anime ATRI -My Dear Moments- and performed as the character Daitou Ookoumori (the Daito flying fox) in the mobile game Kemono Friends 3. Her breakthrough and first major leading role came with the 2025 anime series See You Tomorrow at the Food Court, where she voices one of the two main protagonists, a seemingly prim and proper high school girl named Wada. This role has been described as her debut main role in an anime series.

In preparing for the role of Wada, Miyazaki has participated in interviews discussing her character's personality, noting that Wada relies heavily on her friend Yamamoto and that an important aspect of their relationship is the ability to fight openly and accept each other's flaws. Miyazaki has related her own high school experiences to those of her character, recalling that she preferred having deep conversations with a small group of close friends rather than being part of a larger, more lively group.

Outside of voice acting, Miyazaki is also an artist who has held a solo exhibition of her artwork. Her first solo exhibition, titled The 1st Miyazaki Hiyori Solo Exhibition, took place in November 2024 at a gallery in Tokyo. This event was the culmination of her year-long hosting of a YouTube live program about creating a picture book, and the exhibition showcased her fantasy-filled artistic works. In See You Tomorrow at the Food Court, she co-stars with actress Yoshino Aoyama, who voices the other lead character, Yamamoto.
