Akari Takaishi is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on December 19, 2002, in Miyazaki Prefecture. She began her entertainment career in 2014 after winning a contest organized by Avex, the agency that continues to represent her. Initially a member of the dance and vocal group α-Xs, she left the group in 2018 to focus on acting and has been working as a full-time actress since 2019. While she has an extensive career in live-action film and television, including starring roles in the Baby Assassins action film series, she has also taken on notable voice acting roles in anime productions.
