Yukino Tsumugi is a Japanese voice actor known primarily for her work in visual novels and anime adaptations. She made her debut as a voice actor in 2020, taking on the role of Asumi Nishiki in the Madosoft visual novel Hamidashi Creative, known in English as Hamidashi Creative or常轨脱离Creative. In addition to voicing Asumi Nishiki, she also provided the voice for the character's VTuber persona, Yukishiro Shiki.

The character of Asumi Nishiki remains her most prominent and defining role. She reprised this character for the 2022 sequel, Hamidashi Creative Totsu. When the visual novel was adapted into a television anime series, which began broadcasting in October 2024, Tsumugi returned to voice Asumi Nishiki alongside the original cast from the games. The anime is a short-form series, with each of its twelve episodes running approximately five minutes.

Beyond her work in the Hamidashi Creative franchise, information on other major roles is limited. Her career has been closely associated with this single series, with her debut role also becoming her representative character. She has also been featured in audio works, including a relaxation audio titled Asumi Nishiki's Healing Relaxation.
