Shiori Kawabata is a Japanese voice actress born on September 28, 1991, in Fukuoka Prefecture. She is affiliated with the agency Production SHIROBACO, having joined in April 2019, and was previously a member of Leopard Steel. Known by the nickname Batako, she is a graduate of the Shoutou Actors Gymnasium training school as a member of its 19th generation.
Kawabata began her voice acting career in 2015 with a role in the television anime Aquarion Logos. Early in her career, she also worked as a first-generation staff member at the SHIROBACO anime café in Asagaya Anime Street. Over the years, she has built a diverse portfolio of supporting roles in numerous anime series. Her television anime credits include appearances in Bakuon!!, First Love Monster, and the Japanese dub of LEGO Ninjago. She has also voiced characters in Girly Air Force, Somali and the Forest Spirit, Sakugan, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War, and Helck. In 2024, she was cast in Cherry Magic!
