Victoria Céspedes is a Spanish-language dubbing actress known for voicing characters in major animated and live-action film franchises. She began her career at the age of four when she participated in a voice test, and by age seven, she was providing additional voices for various projects. She is of Bolivian descent and resides in Mexico.

Her career includes voice work for several high-profile Disney and Universal productions. She voiced the character of a young Anna in the Spanish dub of Frozen II. In the 2023 film The Super Mario Bros. Movie, she provided the voice for Lumalee, a small blue star whose darkly humorous and existential dialogue became a viral meme following the film's release. Her other notable roles include providing the voice for a young Princess Leia Organa in the series Obi-Wan Kenobi, as well as roles in Lightyear, Hawkeye, and Moon Knight.

In addition to her work in film and television, Céspedes has taken on significant roles in franchise series. She voiced the characters of Muffin in the children's series Bluey and Fiorna in Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures.
