Lotte De Clerck is a Flemish actress, singer, and voice actress from Belgium, born on December 13, 1999. She is known for her work in Flemish-dubbed versions of major animated films and television series, particularly for younger audiences.

Her career began at a young age on stage, taking the title role in a Flemish production of the musical Annie in 2012. She later expanded into television, competing in the talent show Wie wordt Junior? in 2013 and, in 2021, as a contestant on the seventh season of The Voice van Vlaanderen. As a live-action actress, she gained widespread recognition for her role as Emma Wolfs in the Ketnet youth series #LikeMe, a part she played from 2022 to 2024.

As a voice actress, De Clerck has been active since 2013, when she provided the voice for a teenage Anna in the Flemish dub of Frozen. Some of her most prominent voice roles include the lead role of Masha in the Flemish version of the series Masha and the Bear (2017), Porsha Crystal in Sing 2 (2021), and Miriam in Turning Red (2022).
