Katamari Mizukawa is a Japanese entertainer and voice actor, born July 22, 1990 in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. He is primarily known as a comedian and a member of the comedy duo Kuki Kaidan, which he formed with Mogura Suzuki in 2012.

In the field of voice acting, Mizukawa is recognized for his guest roles in major anime film franchises. His most prominent voice role to date is Nusuttoradamus II in the 2023 film Shin Jigen! Crayon Shin-chan The Movie: Chōnōryoku Dai Kessen: Tobetobe Temakizushi. This film marked the first entry in the Crayon Shin-chan series to be produced with 3D CG animation. In the film, Mizukawa voices the leader of the Reiwa Downfall group, a villainous organization that dreams of world domination.
