Régine Blaess is a French actress with a career spanning stage, screen, and voice work. She trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique and was a member of the Comédie-Française for approximately ten years, from 1957 to 1972. Her voice acting credits include roles in numerous animated productions for French-language audiences.

One of her known anime voice roles is La Grand-Mère de Diana, the grandmother of the character Diana, in the French dub of the animated film Pokémon 4Ever, also known as Celebi: The Voice of the Forest. Her other voice roles in animation include voicing Elsa in the French version of the film We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story, as well as roles in series such as Cathy la Petite Fermière, David Copperfield, Dilbert, Les Mystérieuses Cités d'Or, and Les Grandes Grandes Vacances.

Beyond anime, Blaess was the regular French voice for American actress Betty White in many of her film and television roles. She also dubbed actress Debbie Reynolds as Aggie Cromwell in the Halloweentown series of television films. Her work in video games includes providing voices for elderly female characters in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
