Kim Gasiciel is an American voice actress known for their work in anime dubbing, particularly with Bang Zoom! Entertainment. They provided the English voice for the character Megumi Sasahara in the series Fire in His Fingertips -My Childhood Friend is a Fireman-.

Gasiciel pursued their passion for performance from a young age, participating in talent shows, choir, and school productions. They attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in English. During their university years, they were deeply involved in student theater, taking on roles in acting, directing, and administration. Their dedication to the craft led them to found a Shakespeare company, where they directed a production of Hamlet with a queer and gender-focused perspective. It was through these theatrical experiences that Gasiciel discovered their interest in voiceover work.

Their voice acting career encompasses a range of projects, including anime, video games, and additional voices for various productions. In anime, they are credited with the role of Harumi in the English dub of FLCL: Shoegaze.
