Description
Heihachi Okura is a man whose greatest skill and biggest weakness is his addiction to the mobile gacha game Girls Corps. One day, while playing on his phone, he pulls an exceptionally rare item: an invitation to another world. Before he can process what this means, he is suddenly summoned away from his ordinary life and dropped into a fantasy realm.
His arrival is far from glamorous. Immediately attacked by monsters and stripped of his former life, Heihachi finds himself with no weapons and no allies. Desperate and with few options, he falls back on the only thing he knows: he opens his mobile game and rolls the gacha. To his shock, the character he summoned materializes right in front of him—a real, living person. His first successful pull is Norl Fanya, a cheerful and highly skilled knight who always wears a helmet to hide her face. Grateful to Heihachi for being her first master, she becomes his loyal companion.
Heihachi soon discovers that his phone still works in this new world, and his game has been reset to level one but now has the power to bring its items, equipment, and most importantly, its heroines into reality. Driven by a combination of his gamer instincts and a genuine need to survive, he embarks on a quest to build the ultimate team of warriors. By spending in-game currency earned from defeating monsters, he continues to "pull" for new allies, adding powerful and unique girls to his growing corps, such as Estelle, a skilled red-haired mage who becomes attached to him and calls him onii-san.
The story is a comedic and action-packed journey that follows Heihachi as he uses his knowledge of gacha game mechanics to overcome the challenges of a fantasy world. He must manage his limited resources, strategize his team composition, and suffer through the agony of bad summoning luck, all while navigating standard isekai adventures like joining an adventurer's guild and fighting orcs. The series playfully explores the overlap between mobile gaming culture and fantasy tropes, with Heihachi's obsession often serving as both a strength and a humorous character flaw. The announcement of an anime adaptation was made in May 2025, bringing this tale of one man's quest to collect overpowered ultra-rare cuties to the screen.
