Pyro,

If Martin has read this thread, it would be helpful if he would acknowledge the fact. Leadership is about properly equipping individuals, properly training and then letting them loose to do there job. Listening to those most familiar with the game is the FIRST step to properly equipping the game.

I'm not impressed with the leadership.

Well, I am sure he DID read this thread, however, he did not comment here on it because he did it on the other thread. But training, how do you train an admin then? You can test him by making him mod or so, but I don't think you can really train one.

I have to say, Well said Kakashi.

Yes, I am having dificulty on getting Martin to read this. The reason he posted on Darky's thing was cause I asked him about it. He's willing to read a couple of posts, but the whole topic, that's a bit time consuming.

With Admins, yes it is better to have them, then not at all. I agree, we should have few admins, however, having to little, you can have what is like a dictator.

Not only does voting prove a popularity contest, it can cause other problems too. In the latest kage election in grass, we had candidate mailing all grass villagers online telling them to vote for them, and attacking there sympethy, and they were promising people Anbu positions too, if they got elected. As well as the fact that you can multi account and vote for yourself many times. Voting for admins just cause's too much hassle.

Sorry that I post this late.
I guess this is all out of discussion already.
But choosing someone to rule this game is whole a different thing from choosing someone who'll rule a village.
You're choosing a Kage wich is strong and capable of ruling the village, and you're choosing an Administrator of his capability in investing problems and ofcourse the willing to help others.

Someone who is arrogant can become Kage, but can't become Administrator.
