Micott Bartsch is a sixteen-year-old student at the Anaheim Electronics Industrial College, which is adjacent to the high school she commutes to. She is a close friend of Banagher Links, the protagonist, and is very fond of him. Her father serves as the plant manager of Industrial 7, the space colony where much of the early story takes place. Micott is depicted as a kind and caring individual, but she also possesses a rebellious and short-tempered side. Her personality makes her a loyal companion who is quick to defend those she cares about, yet her strong emotions can lead to impulsive reactions.
