Haruka Tomatsu is a prominent Japanese voice actress and singer, born on February 4, 1990, in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Music Ray'n and is also a member of the acclaimed voice actor unit Sphere. Tomatsu began her career after successfully passing a Music Ray'n audition in 2006, making her voice acting debut in 2007 with a starring role as Corticarte Apa Lagranges in the anime series Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica.
Tomatsu is widely recognized for her exceptional versatility and ability to perform a wide range of character voices, often sounding unrecognizable from one role to the next. Her breakthrough came in 2008 with major roles in To Love-Ru as Lala Satalin Deviluke and in Kannagi: Crazy Shrine Maidens as the titular character, Nagi.
