Mataemon Araki is a Master Samurai introduced as a member of the Dark Samurai, a group of reawakened warriors in the anime series Samurai Bride. Her physical appearance is marked by medium-length orange hair and blue eyes. She wears a student-style uniform with an unbuttoned shirt, and her arms are wrapped in bandages that conceal artificial limbs, a result of an error during her revival. She is the strongest and most aggressive member of the Dark Samurai, armed with a large, heavy zanbatō that can change size at will.
