Bantaro Chiyomatsu is a third-year student at Saisei High School and serves as a runner for the school's Stride club. He is seventeen to eighteen years old, with his birthday on December 19. Physically, Bantaro is a slender young man standing at 179 centimeters tall and weighing 60 kilograms, with short, ruffled blonde hair and green eyes.
