Description
Men-Men is a supporting character featured in the eleventh Dragon Ball Z film, Bio-Broly. He is known for serving as the intermediary for the wealthy Lord Jaguar, to whom he is related as a cousin. Physically, Men-Men is distinguished by his formal attire, which consists of a green suit complemented by a fedora. Despite his polished appearance, he is shown to be somewhat clumsy, as demonstrated when his pants fell down and he subsequently tumbled into a pool while attempting to retrieve his hat upon first arriving at Mr. Satan's residence.

In terms of personality, Men-Men is portrayed as cynical and pragmatic, holding very little respect for his cousin’s intellect. While he agrees to assist Jaguar in his scheme for revenge against Mr. Satan, he does so with a clear sense of superiority, once coldly remarking that if Jaguar's brain were as large as his wallet, he would be a truly fearsome individual. He is also shown to be opportunistic and manipulative, taking the lead in the plot to blackmail the martial arts champion. When Mr. Satan initially refuses the invitation to Jaguar's castle, Men-Men blackmails him by threatening to publicly reveal an embarrassing secret about Mr. Satan's childhood bed-wetting. This act of blackmail serves as his primary motivation and function within the story, acting as the catalyst that forces Mr. Satan, Android 18, and the stowaway Goten and Trunks to travel to the island laboratory.

Men-Men’s role in the narrative is strictly that of a secondary antagonist and a plot device. He has no combat abilities and relies entirely on manipulation and his association with Jaguar's wealth to exert influence. He is responsible for transporting the group to Mei Queen Castle, where the film's main conflict unfolds. His key relationships are primarily defined by his association with Lord Jaguar. Though they work toward the same goal of humiliating Mr. Satan, their dynamic is not built on loyalty or affection; Men-Men frequently scolds his cousin for his foolish decisions, particularly once the situation with the Bio-Warriors spirals out of control.

As a minor character, Men-Men does not undergo any significant development throughout the film. He remains a static figure defined by his greed and arrogance. Following the release of the destructive Bio-Broly and the subsequent leak of the dangerous culture fluid, Men-Men is nearly killed. However, he is ultimately saved from the deadly bio-fluid by Goten and Trunks, who had stowed away in his car earlier, and he manages to escape the island alongside Jaguar and the surviving scientists. He possesses no notable martial arts techniques or superhuman powers, as his function in the story is purely that of an ordinary human antagonist facilitating the plot for the main characters.
