Francesco Orlando is an Italian voice actor and theater actor, born in Mottola, Taranto, on July 13, 1963. He studied as a prose actor at the School of Dramatic Art at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan after completing his scientific high school education.

His career is extensive, with a significant focus on dubbing for Italian-language versions of international animated series and films. He is particularly well-known for his work in anime, where he provides the Italian voice for numerous prominent characters. In the long-running series One Piece, he voices Scratchmen Apoo, a role he also reprised for the film One Piece Stampede. He is also the Italian voice of Fumikage Tokoyami in all installments of the My Hero Academia franchise, including the main series, the film My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising, and the special My Hero Academia: Make It! Do-or-Die Survival Training.

Orlando has a long-standing association with the Detective Conan franchise. He is the Italian voice for Wataru Takagi across many films and episodes, a role he also performed in the crossover film Lupin III vs. Detective Conan The Movie. Additionally, he was the first Italian voice for the character Kaito Kid in the same series. His other notable anime dubbing credits include Tobirama Senju in Naruto and Naruto: Shippūden, Trevor Belmont in Castlevania, Rei in the Beyblade series, Duo Maxwell in Gundam Wing, and various roles in Dragon Ball Z, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and Bleach. In the film Trigun: Badlands Rumble, he provided the voice for Dorino Ohre Tadiski.

Beyond animation, Francesco Orlando is an accomplished theater actor. His stage career spans several decades, beginning in the early 1980s and continuing into the 2000s, with performances in classic works by playwrights such as Shakespeare, Molière, and Pirandello. He has also lent his voice to numerous video games, including characters in franchises like Jak and Daxter, The Getaway, and Diablo III.
