Description
Krilin, a central character in Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure, is a young, bald martial artist with six forehead dots inherited from his early monastic training at Orin Temple. He departed that life to study under Master Roshi, arriving as a somewhat mischievous and competitive student eager to prove himself. Initially he views Son Goku as a rival, but the two swiftly develop a warm, loyal friendship through their shared, strenuous training. His primary motivation is to grow stronger, succeed in the martial arts tournament held in the country of Mifan, and support his companions. Within the film’s story, Krilin enters the tournament alongside Goku, facing bouts that test his bravery and skill. He stands as a resourceful fighter who, while sometimes physically outclassed, relies on agility and courage. His combat abilities include superhuman speed, agility, and command of ki energy, most notably the Kamehameha wave taught by Master Roshi. Off the tournament floor, his loyalty extends to Goku and to the wider group of allies working against the schemes of Tsuru-Sennin and Tao Pai-pai. He brings a lightness to tense moments through his good-natured humor, yet never wavers when his friends are in danger. By the film’s close, Krilin reinforces his growth from a skilled but cheeky beginner into a steadfast and dependable martial artist, anchored by the friendships forged during the adventure.
