Description
Emperor is the enigmatic leader of the Blessed and serves as the primary antagonist of Cyborg 009: Call of Justice. He is an immortal being who has existed for millennia as a member of the Blessed, a race of superhumans with extraordinary abilities and lifespans far exceeding those of ordinary people. Emperor has been manipulating human history from the shadows for centuries, observing humanity's development with a critical eye and eventually concluding that mankind is too destructive to be left to its own devices.
In terms of personality, Emperor presents himself as calm, calculating, and possessing a messianic complex. He speaks with an air of benevolence, framing his destructive plans as a form of tender guidance for a new era of mankind. He believes humanity has already created ultimate chaos by toppling the metaphorical tower of Babylon and requires a complete reset to start over from scratch. Beneath this composed exterior, however, lies a deep-seated fear of loneliness.
