Mimiko Hasaba, a young sorcerer and twin sister of Nanako Hasaba, enters the narrative alongside her sibling after Suguru Geto rescues them from a remote village where villagers subjected the pair to relentless cruelty. This pivotal encounter triggers Geto’s violent rebellion against the villagers, cementing the twins’ lifelong allegiance to him as their adoptive guardian.
Mimiko’s distinct appearance includes a bob-cut hairstyle with precise bangs framing brown eyes, paired with a navy sailor uniform, gray knee-high socks, and brown loafers. Her signature stitched doll, dangling from a noose, accompanies her constantly. Following her integration into Geto’s faction, her wardrobe shifts to a black hoodie and white skirt, while the doll’s darkened hues fade to a paler shade.
Her cursed technique channels harm through the doll and rope, mirroring injuries inflicted on it onto her targets. This method proves lethally efficient, notably enabling her to hang three Jujutsu High managers without resistance. Alongside Nanako—whose cursed abilities manifest via a cellphone—Mimiko fights fiercely under Geto’s banner, her devotion unwavering.
When a manipulator seizes control of Geto’s body, Mimiko and Nanako confront the impostor, demanding their father figure’s remains. The clash turns fatal as Sukuna, inhabiting Geto’s form, tears Mimiko apart. Nanako’s desperate counterattack ends in shared annihilation, their bond persisting even in death.
Their origins and choices ripple through Geto’s metamorphosis and the series’ larger conflicts, weaving threads of loyalty, vengeance, and the unbroken chain of violence defining their fractured world.
