Chisato Arashi, a third-year student at Yuigaoka Girls' High School, initially enrolled to pursue dancing. Though interested in school idols, she hesitated to join, believing her role was supporting childhood friend Kanon Shibuya. After meeting future teammates, she joined Liella!, transferred from the music program to general studies, and became School Idol Club president in her second year.

She works part-time at a takoyaki food truck in Aoyama's "Commune" food court, driven by her love for cooking and fascination with round objects—extending to Kanon's owl Manmaru, who remains wary of her. Childhood bullying targeted her meekness until Kanon defended her.
