Description
Bibimbap, also known as Bibimba, is a Seigi Chojin, or Justice Chojin, originating from Horumon City on Planet Kinniku. She is the daughter of Horumon Yaki, the leader of the Horumon clan, a family with a deep-seated animosity toward the rival Kinniku clan. Initially introduced as an antagonist, she is dispatched by her father on a mission to assassinate Kinnikuman, the bumbling prince of the Kinniku clan. However, her initial attempts to kill him fail spectacularly due to his oblivious and clumsy nature. Her resolve is further complicated when Kinnikuman, after she scrapes her knee during a failed attack, tenderly bandages her wound with a piece of his companion Meat Alexandria's cape. This simple act of unexpected kindness sows the seeds of her affection, causing her to hesitate during a subsequent duel and ultimately leading her to fall in love with him.

Bibimbap’s personality undergoes a significant evolution throughout the series. She begins as a serious, tradition-bound warrior fiercely dedicated to her family's honor and mission. Her infatuation with Kinnikuman, which he initially finds a nuisance, reveals a softer, more romantic, and sometimes air-headed side to her character. Upon traveling to Earth with Kinnikuman and Meat, she tries to prove herself a capable homemaker, cleaning and cooking his meals. However, when her efforts are overshadowed by Meat’s constant care, she becomes upset and runs away. This leads her to single-handedly defeat the kaiju Gonta, an act that earns her a place in the Earth Defense Force and allows her to forge her own independent identity as a warrior. Her character is defined by this blend of romantic longing and fierce self-reliance.

Her role in the story transforms from a comedic nuisance and potential love interest to a central figure of motivation and a symbol of Kinnikuman's personal stakes. She is a source of jealousy for Kinnikuman when she joins the Earth Defense Force, prompting him to realize his own feelings. During the 21st Chojin Olympics, she forms a unique friendship with the fearsome cyborg wrestler Warsman, gifting him a belt before a critical match and pleading with him to show mercy. Her most pivotal role occurs during the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne arc. When Kinnikuman's parents are threatened, she disguises herself as a knight to rescue them. Later, she is captured by the villainous Kinnikuman Super Phoenix, who forcibly kisses her and threatens to make her his queen. To prevent Kinnikuman from surrendering the match for her sake, Bibimbap breaks free and threatens to leap from the stadium stands to her death, declaring she will die if he quits. This act of desperate bravery reignites Kinnikuman's fighting spirit, solidifying their bond. After sustaining facial injuries from the fall, she is healed by Kinnikuman's unconditional love and the miraculous power of his "Face Flash," leading to their eventual marriage.

Bibimbap's key relationships define her arc. Her relationship with Kinnikuman evolves from adversarial to a deep, mutual partnership, and she eventually becomes the 58th Queen of Planet Kinniku. Together, they have a son, Mantaro Kinniku, the protagonist of Kinnikuman Nisei. Her portrayal as a mother differs between the manga and anime. In the original manga, she is depicted as a stern, sometimes aggressive "old battle axe" in her old age, urging the aging Kinnikuman to step aside for their son. In the Kinnikuman Nisei anime, this depiction is softened, presenting her as a loving, gentle, and supportive mother who has a stronger emotional impact on Mantaro than his father does. She is a perceptive ally, once deducing the illusion-based tactics of the Devil Chojin Black Hole, and her loyalty to her husband and son remains absolute.

As a fighter, Bibimbap is more than capable despite being overshadowed by the series' main wrestlers. Her signature technique is the Horumon Savate, a form of kickboxing. She also employs a Sex Appeal Attack, using her charms to distract opponents. Her physical appearance reflects her role as a warrior, possessing a toned, muscular build and an hourglass figure with long, wavy brown hair. In her younger years, she often wore skin-tight battle gear, while in her later life as queen and mother, she transitions to more modest, long dresses. Her journey from a clan assassin driven by duty to an independent hero and devoted matriarch marks her as a character of significant resilience and emotional depth within the Kinnikuman universe.
