Description
Eye Patch is a character who appears in FLCL Progressive. His real name is never revealed, and he is a member of the Bureau of Interstellar Immigration, appearing to work undercover. He seems to be a long-time member of the organization, similar to the character Amarao from the original FLCL. His role is that of a homeless dreamer living on the streets, a guise that allows him to be an “eye on the ground” due to his unassuming appearance.
