TV-Series
Description
Nano Saikawa is a teacher who works at a school where she is widely admired by her students and colleagues. She has not given much thought to marriage until her father's friend arranges a matchmaking interview with a man named Souichirou Takamiya. During the meeting, she grows comfortable with him and agrees to a marriage proposal, but she later discovers that the man she spent time with is not Souichirou but her own student, Souji Kuga, who impersonated his brother. Despite the deception, she finds herself drawn into a secret romantic and physical relationship with him.
Nano is described as a popular and dedicated teacher who is well liked by those around her. The only student who consistently gives her trouble is Souji, making their eventual entanglement all the more complicated. She is initially cautious and worried when she first meets her supposed match, but she gradually opens up and becomes frank once she believes she can trust him. After learning the truth, she struggles with the forbidden nature of a teacher-student relationship, yet she is unable to resist Souji's persistent advances, and her own conflicted feelings develop over the course of the story.
Her primary motivation in the beginning is simply to fulfill a family-arranged marriage interview, but the unexpected turn of events forces her to navigate a secret liaison with a student. Her role in the story is that of the main female protagonist, caught between her professional responsibilities as a teacher and her personal desires. Her key relationship is with Souji Kuga, the aggressive and troublemaking student who pursues her relentlessly. A secondary connection is to Souichirou Takamiya, Souji's brother, who was the intended marriage partner.
Throughout the narrative, Nano undergoes a transformation from a reserved, professionally focused woman to someone who becomes increasingly involved in a clandestine affair, challenging her own sense of propriety and the boundaries of her role as an educator. She does not possess any special physical or supernatural abilities; her notable trait is her popularity and competence as a teacher, which stands in contrast to the risky choices she makes outside of the classroom.
