Mildred Barrera is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director, recognized for her extensive work in Spanish-language adaptations of anime, animated series, and live-action films. Born on August 13, 1979, in Alvarado, Veracruz, she began her career in dubbing in 1996, entering the industry with the help of fellow actor Alfonso Obregón. She is the founder of MilVox, a company and academy specializing in commercial voice-over and voice acting.

Barrera is perhaps best known as the long-standing Spanish voice of the Nurse Joy character across the extensive Pokémon anime franchise. She has voiced the character in the main series, from its early seasons through to Pokémon Journeys, as well as in numerous films, including Pokémon: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice. Her other notable and recurring roles in anime include Raven Queen in Ever After High and Felicity Smoak in the animated series Vixen.

Her filmography encompasses a wide array of characters in contemporary anime. She voices Ritsuko Amano in A Couple of Cuckoos, Parona in To Your Eternity, Kiko in Rail Romanesque, Miss Melba in Radiant, Rol Calcife in Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town, Halkara in I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, Ninym Ralei in The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt, Siesta in The Detective Is Already Dead, and Henrietta in Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table. In film, she has voiced Momo Yaoyorozu in My Hero Academia: Two Heroes.

Barrera's work also extends to a wide variety of other popular series. She has voiced Super Sonico in SoniAni: Super Sonico The Animation, Darkness in KONOSUBA, Tomie Takami in My Hero Academia, Princi in Chainsaw Man, and characters in series such as The Devil is a Part-Timer, One Piece, and NieR: Automata Ver1.1a. Beyond anime, her dubbing work includes live-action roles such as Penny in The Big Bang Theory and Kate Connor in the Warner Bros. version of Terminator Salvation.
