TV-Series
Description
Henrietta serves as the accountant and de facto strategist for the Crescent Moon Alliance, a guild she helps manage alongside her long-time friend, the guild master Marielle. In the real world before the apocalypse, her name was Umeko, a university graduate in economics who worked as an office clerk in a large company's accounting department. Having earned a master's degree in business administration, she was influenced by her father, a successful stockbroker. Within the game world of Elder Tale, she is a human player who has achieved the maximum level of ninety, taking on the primary profession of Bard with an "Concert Master" build focused on support, while her secondary profession is Accountant.

Henrietta is defined by her exceptional intelligence, meticulous nature, and extraordinary organizational skills, making her an indispensable asset behind the scenes of her guild. She is calm, pragmatic, and speaks with a directness that can include sharp reprimands when necessary, though this is always motivated by a desire to protect those she cares about. Despite her professional and serene exterior, she possesses a notable weakness: an extreme fondness for cute things. This passion manifests as an obsessive desire to dress small, adorable girls like the assassin Akatsuki in frilly, feminine outfits, a habit that is met with dread by her younger guildmates. Her composure can shatter entirely in the presence of overwhelming cuteness, such as a room full of girls in pajamas, causing her to lose control in a flurry of enthusiasm. She is also known for her extreme tolerance for spicy food, capable of eating curry that would be lethal to most others, and has a strong distaste for being called by her real name, Umeko.

Her primary motivation stems from a sense of responsibility and care for the members of the Crescent Moon Alliance, which is composed of many inexperienced players. She works tirelessly to ensure the guild's stability and success, applying her real-world accounting knowledge to the new reality they inhabit. While she harbors a subtle and quiet romantic affection for the strategist Shiroe, she considers herself not particularly romantic and chooses to sincerely support the feelings of Akatsuki and Minori for him instead, acting as a mature confidante. She holds Shiroe in high regard, referring to him as Dark Shiroe-sama in acknowledgment of his cunning and strategic mind.

In the story, Henrietta functions as the organizational heart of the Crescent Moon Alliance, ensuring its smooth operation and financial health. Following the establishment of the Round Table conference, she often accompanies delegations as a sharp-eyed observer and skilled negotiator, particularly during interactions with the nobles of Eastal. She participates in major events, including raids like the Call of the Fort and the battle against the Lunar Monsters at Shibuya, which transformed into the Fortress of the Voice. During a critical moment of that battle, when Shiroe hesitated between destroying a key antenna or saving the townspeople, it was Henrietta who firmly admonished him to regain his focus.

Her key relationships define much of her role. She is the indispensable right hand and best friend to Marielle, having known her since their student days, and she patiently indulges her guild master's childish and effervescent behavior while anchoring the guild's leadership. Her dynamic with Akatsuki is complex, blending sisterly protection and stern lecturing with an overwhelming, often comedic, obsession over her cuteness. To placate this obsession, Akatsuki once offered Henrietta a doll made in her own likeness. She also shares a bond of mutual understanding and strategic trust with Shiroe, whose schemes she both respects and is capable of anticipating. While her personality remains consistently organized and caring, her development is shown in her growing willingness to step from the administrative shadows into direct action and leadership during combat crises, as demonstrated in the battle for the Fortress of the Voice. Her notable abilities are primarily non-combat, centered on unparalleled administrative efficiency, financial management, negotiation, and logistical planning. As a level-ninety Bard, she is able to provide strong support to her allies, but her true strength lies in her strategic mind and her capacity to keep the guild running smoothly from her desk.
