Mai Tanaka is a character from the anime Poco's Udon World. She is an adult woman with brown eyes and short brown hair that reaches her ears. Her name also appears with the surname Manabe, indicating she is married and uses that name in some contexts.

In the story, Mai is known as Souta's first love from his childhood. When Souta returns to his hometown in Kagawa Prefecture, he encounters her again.
