Description
Cordelia Kasukami is an exorcist from the anime Twin Star Exorcists, known for her striking appearance and unique mechanical enhancements. She has long pastel pink hair and pink eyes, and she covers most of her body in a black and yellow bodysuit. One of her most distinctive features is her pair of large mechanical hands, each equipped with five claw-like digits, which are part of extensive cybernetic implants she received to enhance her abilities.

Cordelia's personality is as unusual as her appearance. She rarely shows any facial expression and speaks in a flat, robotic monotone that does not even seem to come directly from her mouth. She has a peculiar habit of spelling words out letter by letter before saying them, such as declaring something to be C-U-T-E, cute. Despite her cold and mechanical demeanor during combat, she has a hidden soft side. She genuinely enjoys playing with children when taking a break from exorcism and has a fondness for cute things and dorayaki, a type of sweet pancake. Conversely, she has a strong dislike for water, heat, and mice.

Her background is tragic and explains her current state. She is revealed to have come from an abusive household before being taken in by the Kasukami family, one of the prestigious Twelve Guardian families of exorcists. The Kasukami house sought to create a host capable of controlling a powerful shikigami, or spiritual being, known as the Heavenly Commander Formless Cosmos. To survive the immense burden of containing this power, Cordelia was subjected to horrific experiments. She was implanted with her robotic arms and a reinforced spinal cord after a near-fatal attack during a routine training exercise. These modifications granted her the necessary physical and mental fortitude to wield the shikigami's powers, effectively turning her into a living weapon for her clan.

As the head of the Kasukami house, Cordelia holds a position of significant authority among the Twelve Guardians. In the anime, she is partnered with Narumi Ioroi and participates in major battles, such as the defense of the city against the Basara Yamato, where she uses her immense power to destroy a monstrous Impurity. Her primary motivation is fulfilling her duties as an exorcist, though her arc involves a struggle with her own identity as an experimental subject. Her development is most evident when she regains her lost memories during a fierce battle against a powerful Basara named Moro, a revelation that causes her to confront her painful past.

Cordelia's abilities are formidable and technologically infused, merging exorcism with advanced robotics. She is capable of fast-rate shooting, firing tiny, high-speed energy bullets from her mechanical claws. Her signature technique involves summoning Tengen Kuga, also known as the Celestial Avatar, a massive, thirty-meter-tall battle armor that possesses powerful defensive and offensive capabilities. She pilots this mech from a control room within its body. For more direct combat, she can equip a smaller, more compact version of this armor called the Celestial Avatar Mystic Gear Equip, which transforms her body into a weaponized suit with railgun cannons and rocket launchers. Using the Fighting Spirit Expose Charm, she can unleash devastating attacks from this form, such as the Rising Dark Moon, an energy beam, and the Blazing Assault Buster, a blast from a hand cannon. Her story concludes in her final battle against the Kegare battleship, where she perishes after being incinerated while attempting to use her strongest defensive techniques to destroy the enemy vessel.
